FAIR Foundation Liver Disease & Transplant Support Group
formerly known as..
The Coachella Valley
Hepatitis C, Liver Disease and
Transplant Support Group
Mission Statement:
To provide
support, promote education, generate awareness, and advocate
for quality
medical care for all people with liver disease in the
Coachella Valley area of Southern California
with our meetings and throughout the USA with our referrals for
transplant.
If you or a loved one has
been told that their liver failure is fatal without any referral
for transplant, we can provide proper transplant referral contact
information.
If you need help with
your medical insurance, obtaining it, changing it, etc. or need help
battling Social Security to get SSDI or SSI,
we can provide referrals for
you to get help.
Patients
and their caregivers/family members, who get important help
and information also, meet on
the second Monday
of each month at
11 A.M. at the
Portola Community Center
45480 Portola Ave
Palm Desert, CA 92260
