***Please also remind your Congressman that if an increase is obtained, a re-evaluation of funding recipients is needed with a recognition of the great success against HIV/AIDS where drugs to combat is are available, like in the USA. State in your letter that all of this requested increase should go to non-HIV/AIDS illnesses because if the increase is granted, HIV/AIDS will receive approximate $600 million over the three years whereas diabetes would only get an increase of $201 million and rare diseases would receive very small increases (e.g. cystic fibrosis would get $17 million)..***
